Want to beautify and landscape my front yard

We have a long driveway for our battle axe property. Requiring landscaping on both sides of the driveway, one side was already mulched and the other side requires clean up, leveling and soil it. Looking for some good ideas to do planting on both sides to elevate the look. Bit more detail on what we are looking for 1. Right hand side where there are weeds, should be cleaned up and remove rubbish and level up, put a weed mat on and put top soil and make it ready for planting. 2. Left hand side, remove the mulch and top up soil. 3. Source and do planting on both sides 4. Put pebbles on both sides 5. Put grass on the council strip infront of the letter box about 1x2 meters 6. Left hand side’s existing concrete curb requires repair works and paint to make it look nicer. Looking for quotes for the whole thing.
