Our kitchen sink sealant is full of black mould and disintegrating, with water leaking under the sink and making the clips underneath rusty and causing mould in the cupboards. The sink is a stainless steel drop-in with a laminate bench - probably from the 90s, ok condition on the surface - though we don't know the condition of the particle board where the leak is. We'd like someone to completely remove all the existing manky sealant (may involve prying up the sink to fully remove), resealing underneath and around with anti-mould 100% silicone (clear), and replacing the clips. Or doing whatever needs to be done for a long-term, quality fix. Additionally, while you're here, the sealant between the kitchen bench and splashback tiles behind the sink is also starting to get mouldy, plus it wasn't done very neatly in the first place - lots of blobs and dents for gunk to accumulate. We'd like that removed and replaced with anti-mould sealant (white). We don't have any of the sealants or replacement clips, so the Tasker will need to supply those.

The mixer tap is loose and pipes under the sink are dripping. Plastic pipes were ok until I pulled it apart to remove dishwasher for floor install and probably just need tightening.
