Two small fixes at my place: Door architrave damage (chewed by my dog): Gouged section on the MDF/wood trim beside a sliding door. Needs a make-good and repaint to blend in. See photos. I have leftover paint used on the walls if needed (not sure if this should be used?). Internal door handle set: One lever came off and the handle on the opposite side is loose. Inside the removed lever, the thread looks rounded/stripped, but hard to tell. I need the set secured and working smoothly again. If parts are worn or missing, please advise what’s needed and cost. I need two new internal doors hung (Hume 820x2040x35mm MDF, pre-primed). One will need trimming by about 15–20mm to clear tiles and the cut edge sealed. Also need a small wall section repaired (plaster damage) and a narrow ceiling strip above a bedroom window patched where a curtain track was removed (about 3m long x 25mm wide). Doors, hinges, handles, paint, and ladder are supplied – you’ll need to bring screws and tools. Easy elevator access (no stairs). Painting will be done separately – this job is just to hang the doors and repair the wall and ceiling so they’re ready for paint. Budget is $600 for labour only.
