The paint has slightly cracked around the edges, but the wall is not fully punctured. Details: Approx. size: ~5-6 cm diameter Wall material: Standard painted drywall / plasterboard I’d like the wall to be patched, sanded smooth, and repainted to match as closely as possible. I’m after a quick one-coat wall paint job—just something simple to freshen up the place as we’re moving in. Not looking to spend too much, just want it to look clean and tidy with a fresh coat. The space includes 4 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen area, and a small entry walkway. Rooms aren’t very big. Looking to get it done on the evening of Tuesday 22nd April, after 5:30pm. The house will be completely unfurnished, so should be easy to get in and knock it out. I would like to have the whole interior of the house painted. The plan is to have the ceiling + door + door frame + wood skirting painted in white. Then have all interior wall painted in a pastel grey colour. Wall colour is provided in the attachment. Wall will need to be prep and smoothen before painting. Attached is the house plan for your reference. Also, we are planning to add a wall to convert the upstairs rumpus into a room. I have highlighted the wall in red in the attached plan. Please provide a quote for this job separately.
