My car has got a dent and need to be fixed

The fan will no longer turn on in the car, once the air is turned on. I've had an auto-electrician already check 1. Blower Fan motor 2. Relay and 3. Fuses. I'm informed ALL are functioning okay. Which means I don't need someone to check something which has already been checked i.e. take out the glovebox etc. No need. It might be something behind the dashboard or a disconnect somewhere. E.g. dashboard may need to be professionally removed as part of the job. I need someone qualified that can resolve the issue in person. I'm happy to pay the amount offered however, only IF the issue is identified & resolved in person. Unlikely parts are needed, there is a disconnect somewhere. I will not entertain time wasted and inflating price beyond the issue I've described in detail. Thank you

My car wouldn’t start, I’ve already had a battery person come out and replace it however that didn’t fix the issue. So now I’m hoping to find someone to tow my car.
