I'm looking for 3 qualified chefs to produce 420 meals (14 recipes, 30 meals of each) on Thursday, between 11 am and 7 pm at a kitchen in Port Melbourne. The recipes are simple and standardised, and I'm looking for chefs that have experience in fast paced kitchens. Shift will also include packing down after the meals are made and ensuring the cleanliness of the kitchen. Additional preference would be given if you have a Food Safety Supervisor certificate. I’ll provide boxes etc, and I have regular cleaners so you don’t need to do end of lease clean, just regular cleaning if needed after packing. Packing stuff including miscellaneous things, personal and decoration items, and lots of clothes. No moving furniture just helping pack. Need more of a household assistant than a mover.
