I’m urgently looking for an experienced, reliable Airtasker to help set up and organise my Airbnb property today. I have unfortunately sustained a very serious injury to my left arm and am currently in hospital. I may require emergency surgery and cannot use one side of my body, so I need hands-on assistance before guests arrive on Wednesday. I will likely be onsite to coordinate (health permitting), but may need someone confident working independently if required. This is a fairly large job and I anticipate at least 4-5 hours. Can be spread out in two increments tomorrow and Wednesday morning, Tasks include: Downstairs: • Pack pantry items into secure storage boxes and move to shed • Set up pantry and kitchen with new items (organise cutlery, glasses, plates, cookware neatly in cupboards) • Help position furniture in living room • Lay rug under couch and coffee table • Move light hard rubbish (mostly cardboard boxes and a few chairs) outside garage for collection • Move additional items into shed Upstairs: • Carry bedside tables into position and set up lamps • Hang 3 framed prints (wall hanging stickers provided) • Set up toiletries in 2 bathrooms • Move large standing mirror from bedroom to study Study + Storage Areas: • Pack and organise various loose items neatly into storage boxes (as if packing up a house) • Seal boxes and move to garage/shed • Pack landing cupboard items into boxes and relocate to shed - unpack books and objects into cupboards There may also be some light coordination required letting contractors in and out if I’m unavailable. Who I’m looking for: • Highly organised and efficient • Comfortable lifting light furniture • Ideally experienced with packing/organising homes or Airbnb setups • Able to work independently if needed I understand this is very last minute and I’m extremely grateful for anyone who can assist.
