I would like my house painted. The base coat is complete. We have 6 columns in the carport photo that go to the front of the carport needing painting all the way round and an air conditioning motor and hot water system next to the walls. Please include the wood on the front porch and under the carport. I will get a better photo of the wood under the carport but the one I have attached has part of the wooden slats on the roof. We also have colourbond sheets covering the front porch and the carport. Please let me know if you can spray these at an additional cost which we can discuss later, if not that's ok too. After the 1st coat we will see if it needs a 2nd coat so please quote for only 1 coat of paint We are looking to start the painting sometime in September... weather permitting, but we are very flexible.

Wine storage area - paint the door and skirting area around glass panel. For the skirting, holes where nails are need to be filled in/sanded prior to painting. Babyproof a tallboy (secure to wall to prevent tipping) Paint will be supplied, however will be required to supply all other tools to complete job. I need the outside of my wood cladding house to be sanded, patched, gap filled and painted. Please only put an offer to cover as per the job: scrap flacked paint, sand, patch and gap fill, eves, walls, widows and rain down pipes aswell. I have the paint for the down pipes already.
