This post has been made simply to get quotes. A housemate has vacated the premises and left everything. That person had a dog in the bedroom that they did not clean up after. We have immuno compromised people living here and it simply isn't safe to clean ourselves. I would include photos, however I do not want to compromise that person's privacy as at some point they will be obtaining their stuff back. It is a small bedroom and to clarify, this job involves cleaning up fecal matter, urine, tobacco, leaf and rather than chucking everything out, bagging it. I would say that there are around 30-35 or less items of clothing that need to be bagged, as well as shoes and personal items that have been soiled, paperwork and photo frames, broken glass. The room will also need to be deodorised. Whilst I would not be able to permit posting of this on social media, if you are the type to film cleanups please do so that you can send it to me and I can forward it as proof along with evidence of this cost to said person. Just to be clear, I may not be assigning this task to anyone until I have an idea of the cost and how much I may possibly need to save in order to achieve this. First of all Very sorry for the lack of notice. I need to cleaner who is available to go right now to an apartment in Liverpool to clean it as quickly as possible.
