I’ve got an Olympic village concrete slab house. 2 Bedroom free standing. Old paint is chipping. Need it removed. Seems like there might be multiple coats put on throughout the years. Outer layer is water based and comes off fairly easily with a pressure washer. Older, inner layer must be oil based and is much more stubborn. Not interested in trying it all removed. Just need it back to a paintable surface. Have started the job myself but simply don't have the time to finish.

for a renovation project im launching soon due to water damage. This includes new walls for: - kitchen bulkhead - 5.4x2.5m kitchen plaster wall - 4x2.5 bedroom wall - cornicing added to my whole 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen/living room townhouse I'd love someone with attention to detail to walk around the place and touch up little cracks or damage in existing walls before I have painters come and repaint whole house.

Require some paint chips on the windowsill at my old sharehouse repaired in matching colour. Must be done so I can retain my bond. Looking for a quick cheap job, nothing fancy. Will need to supply your own paint. Only the chips seen in photo on the one side of one window. 2nd time posting as the agent is stuffing me around.

- 2 bed house to be painted (only 2 coats - was painted previously). - Includes: 2 bed, living/lounge, laundry, kitchen, hallway. - includes - ceilings, cornice, walls, skirt and doors (few doors excluded but can confirm in person). - ceilings, walls, windows have all been sanded and prepped. - cracks filled, floor protection is down. - plaster patching and sanding will be done before this date. - all water based paint will be on site. - Excluding bathroom, kitchen cabinets. - would like to meet between 6.45-7.30am on 19/2 to run through job. - start date 19/2 and finished by ideally COB on 22/2. - more photos to come. - Due date: Before Monday, 19 February 2024

Full paint for townhouse interior. Has been rented for the past 6 yrs, and tenants are moving out on 3 Feb. End of lease clean will be done prior to starting. So house will be empty / shell. Need job to start on Tuesday 6 February 2024. Can inspect from Sunday 4 Feb if needed. I've attached photos - this is obviously when in good condition, but I don't have floor plan. I visited the property 6 weeks ago and it definitely needs a paint for maintenance. A couple of spots will required patching, but overall decent.
