I’ve got an Olympic village concrete slab house. 2 Bedroom free standing. Old paint is chipping. Need it removed. Seems like there might be multiple coats put on throughout the years. Outer layer is water based and comes off fairly easily with a pressure washer. Older, inner layer must be oil based and is much more stubborn. Not interested in trying it all removed. Just need it back to a paintable surface. Have started the job myself but simply don't have the time to finish.

for a renovation project im launching soon due to water damage. This includes new walls for: - kitchen bulkhead - 5.4x2.5m kitchen plaster wall - 4x2.5 bedroom wall - cornicing added to my whole 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen/living room townhouse I'd love someone with attention to detail to walk around the place and touch up little cracks or damage in existing walls before I have painters come and repaint whole house.

We recently renovated a double storey 4 bedroom townhouse that we purchased. We cleaned everything, but then discovered that we needed to replace the upstairs floor tiles in the ensuite, bathroom and toilet. The trade we selected has done all of the cement sheet cutting inside the house. We require a "builders clean" all Skirting boards, architraves, floors and surfaces. Pretty much everywhere there is dust. There is no carpets yet, new curtains are being installed on Saturday and the Carpet is being installed on Monday. Need this done ASAP.
