Total gate width 4.1m (Gates have been pressure cleaned since photos taken) • Repaint timber boundary fence in front yard (~ 13m). • Repair, (replaster where necessary) and repaint cabana ceiling. • Repair and repaint/touch up (bottom parts only) of ground floor window frames and doors. • Repaint timber boundary fence in back yard (three sections totalling ~25m). (Requires some repairs to trellis) • Prepare and repaint red timber slats in pool area (~15m2) • Paint or oil slatted timber screen. • Paint rusted downpipe brackets. Internal • Repair water damage to wall and skirting board in one bedroom. • Repair water damage to wall in dining room. • Patch paint over 4-5 water damaged ceiling areas throughout house and garage. • Repair and repaint/touch up of ground floor door and window frames (7-8 doors). • Repair and re-colour water damaged floor board in family room. • Re-seal/grout base of shower in master ensuite. Notes I have the paint (and specifications) for all but the ceilings and the red pool surround, though possibly not in the quantities needed.

Had to rip off some posters on bedroom wall s in the process of moving have pictures. There should be matching paint in the garage.

I’ve just had the house painted, but need some finishing off and touch ups done, and the painter who did the job is not able to do them. No filling needs to be done, just some no more gapping and paint touch ups. Around a days worth of work, so asking for a quote for a day. Includes some touch ups to be done to bathroom tiles which were done with oil based undercoat and gloss topcoat. Needs to be done this week, would prefer someone with some painting experience. Would need a ladder and own brushes, no more gaps etc, I have the paint.

I need someone to paint a 3 bedroom, 2 story house in Bayside before I move in. Budget job. Interior only, 2 coats of white or off white, same colour all around. House is empty. Needs to be done in Jan. Most of the wood work (doors, windows, staircase etc) is stained, and doesn’t need to be painted, but I would like this dusted off and washed down, and taped up/covered where needed before painting so it doesn’t get paint splatter Some woodwork is painted, this needs to be painted 2 coats: 5 doors and door frames only one side (the other half is stained) Windows inside only, 2 large, 3 mid size, 2 small All woodwork is in good condition and just needs a light sand, except 1 small window in a bathroom which is in pretty bad condition and will need filling. The walls are a mix of plaster, plasterboard, the house is old and has a fair few cracks (see pics, only 3 or 4 big ones) and paint flaking, these need to be scraped, filled, sealed, and painted. The kitchen has a row of old cabinets (see pic, paining non-sink side only, around sink doesn’t need painting) these need just a light sand and paint 2 coats inside and outside. The floors are hardwood and need to be covered to protect from paint splashed. Once finished the house needs to be vacuumed etc, from the dust and flaked paint. I can supply the paint, but you will need tools, dropsheets and everything else. Any questions just ask.

The property has 3 door size gates (steel frames), 3 double garage doors and front walls up to 2.5 metres height. Dust, wash and remove dirt from the property front, street facing walls, gates and garage doors.

I have small repairs, such as flaking paint ( to be sanded and repainted) in 3 small interiors, skirting board to be repaired, upstairs, small patches of plaster to be sanded and painted over in my house as I ready it for sale and need this done in the next 2-3 days. I also need silicone down the side of the shower to tidy it up. I don’t have paint but white, ivory is fine. No supplies provided. Need you you to tidy up after as well pls.
