Find an experienced house painter in Balwyn North

My house is currently vacated with no moveable furniture present. It needs paint both outside and inside. One coat of paint should suffice. There may be small number of isolated areas that require another coat of paint. On the outside, house is brick veneer which doesnt need to be painted. Gutters and downpipe doesn't need to be painted. However, the fascia does. As do the beams and the porch. On the inside, it's a two storey property with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Ceilings, walls, doors, woodworks. Stairs excluded.

Needing our laundry, bathroom and kitchen painted. Walls have been prepped (probably not up to professional standard) Measurements of rooms in image. Paint supplied Walls and ceilings

Need external wall painted using Dulux Actratec Acrashield paint on top of rendering (textured already). Rendering is completed and just need to do the above half of the walls, lower half can be done once scaffolding is removed.

Need help on moving some furniture from the house to outdoor in preparation for new flooring. I would estimate this is going to be a 2 mens job which takes around 2 hours. Pls provide your quote in an hourly rate
