This is interior only (no outdoor areas or garage). The property will be empty. The house has been well maintained; we’re essentially after a spring clean with extra attention to areas like cupboards, rangehood, and detailing rather than a bond or end‑of‑lease clean. We’re happy to hire a carpet machine if needed. We have some (but not all) cleaning products available for use. The preferred date is the 11th, but the 12th may be possible if needed.
