All floors are tiles or floorboards Areas to be cleaned: 2x bedrooms 2x bathrooms 2x toilets (in addition to the bathrooms) 1x kitchen 1x dining area 2x living areas 1x laundry Looking for someone who can: - Disinfect, clean and mop all floors - Dust, disinfect and wipe down all external surfaces and bench tops - Clean kitchen stovetops, sink, mixer, strainer, an external surfaces of cupboards and benchtops - Clean and scrub down shower tiles, grout shower screens, shower screen silicon and bathtub - Clean bathroom mirrors, basins, sink drain and benchtops - Disinfect and clean inside and outside of toilet seat and bowl. - Cleaning of hard to reach places, such as skirting boards, scotia, window sills/ledges, tops of door frames and cupboards etc. As my wife has a very high standard of cleanliness, I'm looking for someone: - Who is very detailed and takes pride in their work. - Who can buy a new set of cleaning brushes and sponges etc. to store at our place, as my wife wants to avoid using any cleaning materials that have previously been used to clean any other houses. I'll pay for the cost of these materials (to be discussed upfront) - Removes their shoes before entering the house. Looking for an experienced house cleaner for a 4x2 with focus on giving the wet areas and internal windows a good clean. General vacuum and mop required too but carpets are all new so might just have a bit of dust from painting prep. Carpets will need little work. I am looking for a deep spring cleaning service for a small 3 by 1 duplex in Bull Creek. The house will be empty with no furniture. Please note that this is not a vacate cleaning request as noone has lived in the property for the last 6 months.
