Due to privacy, photos upon request after acceptance. I’m looking for a reliable, thorough cleaner to assist with regular cleaning and maintenance of my home. I’m a single FIFO worker living in a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house. The house is already kept very clean, so this is primarily about maintaining a high standard rather than doing a major clean-up. I’ve had a few poor experiences with cleaners previously, so I’m looking for someone who is detail-oriented, takes pride in their work, and is reliable. Ideally, I’d like to find someone I can continue using regularly when required. Cleaning required * Vacuuming – entire house (100%) * Mopping – all hard floors * Kitchen – full clean * Butler’s pantry – clean * Pantry – clean floors and shelves * All benchtops – clean * Main bathroom – full clean * Main bathroom mirrors *Main Bedroom - Clean * 3x Spare Bedrooms - as per your expertise, a vacuum at the least. * Toilets – clean * Showers – clean * Shower floor/walls – Clean Grout Lines & Reapply sealant where required ******** * Laundry – clean around washing machines and dryer * Laundry sink and benchtop – clean * Remove/clean lint around laundry area * Other mirrors throughout the home * Couches – vacuum/clean as appropriate * Dining table – clean * Door tracks leading to outside patio – clean * General dusting and cleaning throughout What I’m looking for The main priority is attention to detail and consistency. As the house is already quite clean, I’m looking for someone who will notice the smaller things and maintain the house to a high standard rather than just doing a quick surface-level clean. If the first clean goes well, I’d be interested in using the same cleaner on an ongoing basis, depending on my FIFO roster and when I’m home.
