Seeking a meticulous and dependable individual to assist in cleaning, dusting, organising, and tidying up my home to enhance its appearance and ambiance. I'm keen to have this service every two months moving forward. My apartment comprises a small kitchen, bathroom, dining room, living room, and bedroom. It is currently quite tidy so attention to detail is more what I am after. Tasks Include: General: - Dusting all surfaces, including furniture, fixtures, and decorations. - Cleaning and sanitising frequently touched surfaces. - Vacuuming and mopping floors. Whole of house clean required. Terrace house with 3 floors. Vacuum all floors (floorboards, tiles and carpet), mop and then immediately dry floorboards and tiles, dusting and wipe down all surfaces/furniture, clean bathrooms (including removing scum and/or mould), kitchen (stove top, benches, etc), sweep dirt and debris from balconies, removal of cobwebs, windows, occasionally will also require cleaning of outdoor courtyard. Looking for a 2 person team, can pay $45/cleaner/hour. I estimate it will take 2 cleaners 2 hours to complete the job, so total $180 per clean. This will be a regular fortnightly clean for the right team who does a great job! Hello, We live in Balmain East in a 3 bed 1.5 bath with wooden floors. We are looking for a regular cleaner and require the following. On a weekly basis we are hoping for: - kitchen surfaces (sink, stovetop, fridge bench tops) - Floors vaccuumed and mopped - 2 rugs vaccumed - Bathrooms (sinks, mirrors, toilets, shower floors and bath) - Vacuum / dust under beds and lounge Plus we'd like once a month:  -Glass folding doors and glass staircase + shower glasses  - Under lounge cushions - Kitchen cupboard doors wiped down - Skirting boars wiped down I have my own products and vacuum etc.  We have a baby and work so need to do a Thursday or Friday. Our current cleaner can no longer do these days. I'm looking for a weekly rate to do the above.
