Hi, I’m looking for someone reliable to take on regular lawn maintenance — cutting 13 lawns once a month. You’ll need to have your own equipment. Most of the properties are small, with only 2 being a bit larger (but still manageable — mowing and whipper snipping takes about 40 minutes on those). The work involves: • Mowing (no need to collect clippings) • Whipper snipping/edging • Blowing down paths/driveways • Picking up any rubbish around the property • Light trimming of plants with the whipper snipper where needed Basically garden maintenance on all the properties, make sure it’s looking nice. I was doing this myself for a while and managed to complete all 13 mostly in one day and bit of the second day , so it’s straightforward maintenance — nothing over the top, just normal lawn care.
