I am selling an apartment at 44-46 Memorial Ave Merrylands. I am asking for someone to attend to the property on Sat at 11.30AM and make the front of the building look presentable - pick up any rubbish around the bins, make sure bins are not overflowing, pull bins in to the visitor car park for the inspection time 12-12.30PM.
