Evaporative cooling servicing

Breezeair evaporative cooling system. It was off for a couple of months. Now, once I turn on the main water line, there is a constant water flow from the cooler on the roof. I don't think there is a major issue, it could be water bulb, anyway, I am not an expert.

There is a section of the air conditioning duct work that has opened up allowing cool air to escape into the roof space of a single story property. Easy fix using Duct tape.

Although the temperature is set to the coolest setting, both the freezer and fridge are not cooling effectively ( especially the fridge) with the freezer at -9°C and the fridge ranging from 10-13°C.

I am getting 8.8 KW Solar installed to my house and looking to replace my evaporative cooling and gas heating system to Electric. Can I please know what are the options.

I recently installed new AC and they decommissioned the old ducted Gas Heater, Need someone to remove the old ducted gas heater + gas heating vents (about 5 of them) as some cardboard boxes from the ceiling space. The manhole is 400x400 so the ducted heating unit will need to be dismantled or cut with recip saw before removal. Please include disposal in the quote
