Deep clean Indoor Unit only (Mitsubishi Electric PKFY-P40VHM-E in apartment): Remove cover/casing Remove and wash filters Deep clean evaporator coil Properly clean blower wheel / fan barrel (not just spray) Clean & sanitise drip tray Flush condensate drain line Anti-bacterial anti-mould treatment Clean louvres and internal housing Reassemble correctly Service Checks: Confirm drainage working properly Check airflow & temperature differential Ensure no error codes Confirm system operating efficiently Must bring own equipment, protect floors/walls, and be insured/experienced.

Remove Evaporative cooling system including all vents, ducting and repair plaster board where vents have been removed and repaint. There are 10 vents in total, unit is on the roof which is colour bond Dispose of all parts removed
