Very helpful and reliable! We had an issue with our ducted heating system — one of the ducts in the roof had become disconnected. He arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem straight away. Not only did he fix the disconnected duct, but he also took the time to check the rest of the system and helped with a few other minor issues around the house.

Braemar gas ducted heating system. When it was switched on, smoke came out of all vents. The main switchboard/fusebox also was affected and there is only power in sections of the apartment

I have had my ducted heating replaced and no longer require my floor vents. Due to getting new carpeting I need to have 5 vents permanently covered. Ducted heating service, improve airflow , fix any duct pipe damage in the ceiling for double story house , this happened before and fixed the pipes by duct pipe tapes.
Jake was amazing, very attention to details, careful , good communication and provided me pictures of the repair done before and after which is always good for the peace of mind as we can’t see what has been repaired in the roof.
