Need to replace broken split system air conditioner, like for like, 7.1kw heating 8kw cooling, apartment on the third floor, outdoor unit is 3m away sitting on the balcony. If you only do install, I can buy the unit for 1700 at Bunnings, Mitsubishi heavy industries. Need compliance certificate. There is nothing wrong with the power socket, power goes into the current unit it just does not work. Current unit manufacturers date is 2018. You can take the unit to fix and keep or not.
