I need a split system air conditioner installed in my house.

There are 3 x KELVINATOR air conditioners in the house. Two switch on but no air comes out, the other only seems to have cool air even though it’s a heating/cooling model. Need help evaluating if the issue are the units or the remotes themselves. Looking for qualified specialist - please share credentials. Initial call out only.

*this is not the final price* My upstairs split-system air conditioner leaks water inside whenever it’s running. It appears the condensate drain isn’t draining outside properly. There is supposed to be a drain pipe exiting the wall, but the wall penetration doesn’t appear to be fully drilled/completed, causing water to leak indoors. I’m looking for a qualified air conditioning/HVAC technician (or licensed refrigeration mechanic) to inspect, diagnose, and permanently repair the issue.
