Rinnai air condition doesn’t work properly in the bedroom

I have one air conditioner/split system on the wall in our lounge room that needs to be connected and I’ll need to have another air conditioner/split system installed and connected in our bedroom. It’s a small unit that we live in. I have not purchased the second air conditioner as yet, hoping to get that sorted once we have someone who can install them.

Licence & experience requirements: * ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence – required. * Current Electrical Licence – required for any electrical work. * Demonstrated experience installing reverse-cycle air-conditioning systems. * Must be suitably licensed, competent and insured to carry out the works. * Must provide your own tools and equipment.

All three units are for bedrooms on the top floor of my double-storey house. The house has a tiled roof. Would the three installations be able to be done back-to-back? Need to fix air conditioner. AC works fine. But when i change it to heater It shows an error (CH 5) and turns off. Its LG neo plasma inverter AC.
