I already have a detailed quote from a company for a well known premium brand, fully supplied and installed, and I’m trying to see if anyone can offer a better price for similar scope and quality. Please provide your offer for both supply of the unit and full installation, with the following scope: • Supply and install a new 5 kW reverse cycle split system (indoor wall unit + outdoor unit), suitable for a medium sized living are - Please specify the product you offer, including the exact model number. • Remove and dispose of the existing aged split system. • Supply and install new refrigeration grade copper pipework between indoor and outdoor units. • Supply and install a compliant outdoor electrical isolator (none currently installed). • Supply and install a suitable outdoor mounting base. • Complete all electrical connections required for the new system. • Pressure test and vacuum the refrigeration pipework prior to commissioning. • Fully commission and test the new system to confirm correct operation. • Remove and dispose of all redundant materials associated with the installation. • Provide at least 5–7 years manufacturer’s warranty on the unit and a minimum 5–10 years workmanship warranty on the installation (please state your warranties clearly).
