We have an old in-window air conditioner that is no longer needed, and needs to be removed. It's disconnected from electricity, just needs to be physically taken out of the window cavity. These things are fairly heavy, about 40kg or so. The external of it is elevated about 1 floor, I've got some ladders that can be used if needed.
