AC unit has been removed that was in the wall and need a bricklayer to brick up the area (see photo). The opening is about 77mm x 55mm. Might need some extra bricks too.

LG inverter airconditioning unit needs pump clean out. Dip catchment pump isn't functioning.

Not sure what’s wrong but I need my air con fixed. 2 weeks ago it stopped turning on and not it shows E1 sign. Tried turning switch board off and on which makes it work for 30 seconds then turns off.

We have 2 split system units that need a service and deep clean. We’ve lived in the house just over a year but I’m not sure when the previous owner serviced the units. No current issues but one does seem to struggle.

I have a leaking roof in one bedroom, likely cracked tiles, seems to be pretty minor. Would like this repaired. In a separate bedroom, the split cycle Daikin air conditioning unit has stopped powering on. I've checked the circuit breakers, and the other split cycles still work. Would like someone who can diagnose, and hopefully repair. Would like quotes from someone who can handle both tasks, I am budgeting about $150 for the roof repair if simple, and $75 to diagnose the issue with the aircon or apply simple fix. If something more complicated is required, happy to discuss additional payment.

Air conditioning Install licensed electrician. . First I would like somebody to check , if this is just a basic electrical problem why my air con turns on then turns off . If not I want a Replace and install of 2 air conditioners. If it can be fixed just one . I have one that's in shed and another in unit bungalow both have switch boards.
