I have 6 Haier multi head units running off 2 systems (6 years old). Have a bunch of problems - 2 of them the fans are noisy. One is dripping water in cooling mode. One is making a loud clicking when fan is spinning in the unit. And another the horizontal arm that allows it to swing left to right is snapped.
