Our 2 bedroom apartment needs to have the ducted air conditioning cleaned (3 vents)

My ducted aircon’s filter needs to be cleaned.

Need deep cleaning of air conditioner which requires dismounting + dismantling the unit from the wall and cleaning with proper equipment + change filter

1. Run AC circuit (for new air conditioning) through false ceiling into rear of MSB. 2. Install new 25A CB in MSB. Path of AC circuit is via the bathroom false ceiling. To run the AC circuit, 2x walls will need to be core drilled. To core drill, two access hatches need to be installed in the false ceiling. Note: Actual install of the air conditioning unit to be done by the A/C installer - but will run out of time to finish the AC circuit wiring & drilling.

I want to move my aircon unit 1 metre to the right. This new position would be next to my gas hot water system.

My Fujitsu AC is covered in mold, so it needs a proper cleaning.

Install either: two Daikin (Zena) 2.5 & 3.5kw indoor units with a single Multi Outdoor unit OR two Daikin (Zena) 2.5 & 3.5kw indoor units with two matching outdoor units Please provide two quotes if it will be different prices Details: See property layout below for locations, RED = indoor units, Blue = Outdoor unit. Lowered ceiling has AC grills where air comes thru, for access one needs to access filters via ceiling cavity.
