Central heating unit is playing up. Tenants have advised the following: ‘We are having issues with the heater, more often than not we have to go outside to turn it off and then back on at the heating unit directly due to it not working without us doing this. Currently there have been times as well where even going outside to the heating unit it still won't turn on.’ This needs to be looked at and potentially quoted on, in Box Hill North. I need to disconnect a Brivis buffalo BX520 ducted heating unit in eltham north. This unit is then to be installed at a property in Kew. The Kew property has an old unit which is needed to be disconnected. I can transport the heater unit between properties. Preferable if this work can be conducted on weekend of 15 March.
John was very knowledgeable and obliging with his work on our ducted gas heater installation. Just one issue was that he had to leave the job part way through to get parts which was fine but then, he didn’t show on the arranged day to finish off and I was unable to get in contact with him. Unsure what the issue was but when he’d did return and finish the job it was all done very well.
