We need a plumber/tradie to supply and replace the over temp thermistor in our heater because the current one is faulty. We have a Rinnai RHFE-557 FTR energy saver heater (see photo). It works but an error 33 pops up (over heating). We had a plumber come over and test the heater - he found everything to be in working condition but concluded the reason for error is that the over temp thermistor is faulty and needs replacing.
