Decking planks with nails after being taken up for replacement: about 50 pieces 1.4m long and about 16 pieces 3.8 m long

I’ve got various areas of hardwood floors that are in good condition that need sanding and polishing. I’m after a square metre rate.

110m2 (living, dining, hallways and 4 bedrooms) and 13 steps house with hardwood floor needs sanding and polishing. Upper floor, built in underneath so no draft through boards currently. Carpets have just come up so nail holes and maybe some floorboard gaps need filling. Carpet and gripper will all be removed prior to the job. Type and condition of wood pictured. The budget is random as we are seeking quotes - please make an offer that is appropriate for the size of the job :)

We have a new unit in Newstead, and are in need of flooring ordered and installed in two bedrooms. We have the exact finishes from the builder (attached) as well as the floorplan and images attached. Multiple superficial scratches on hardwood floors to be repaired.

Approx 15 timber floorboards that require replacing due to damage, new boards need to be sanded and polished to match existing floorboards as best as possible. Task will require: - initial visit to measure damaged floorboards (also confirm type of floorboards) - sourcing the new floorboards - removing and replacing the damaged floorboards - sanding and polishing the new boards as required

Tiles which we believe are glued or nailed to the fibreboard and then to a raw hardwood floor, to be removed. The raw hardwood floor, underneath, must not be damaged. The area is approx 2m by 1.8 m. Again we are not sure what is directly underneath the tiles. All must be taken away.

Hard wood floor has some scratches we sanded it but needs more and re stained. If it can be matched half of the room or the entire small room 3.6 by 2.5 .
