You will need your own secret nailer. If you can sand and Seal too please let me know. Existing is poly matte finish.

We have a new unit in Newstead, and are in need of flooring ordered and installed in two bedrooms. We have the exact finishes from the builder (attached) as well as the floorplan and images attached.
