New flooring Install of 44m2 Brushbox Solid Flooring 80x18mm over timber floor joists. tooth into existing flooring. New kitchen to be installed over the top and then approx 77m2(inc 44m2 of new) to be sanded and costed to be the same.

We are removing old carpet to expose our hardwood floors and looking to get them sanded and polished. Three rooms approx 2.5 x3m each and a hallway approx 3m x.07m

Multiple superficial scratches on hardwood floors to be repaired.

Approx 15 timber floorboards that require replacing due to damage, new boards need to be sanded and polished to match existing floorboards as best as possible. Task will require: - initial visit to measure damaged floorboards (also confirm type of floorboards) - sourcing the new floorboards - removing and replacing the damaged floorboards - sanding and polishing the new boards as required

Tiles which we believe are glued or nailed to the fibreboard and then to a raw hardwood floor, to be removed. The raw hardwood floor, underneath, must not be damaged. The area is approx 2m by 1.8 m. Again we are not sure what is directly underneath the tiles. All must be taken away.
