We need the floors of the 1975 home we just purchased sanded and refinished before we move in on the 2nd of Jan. they are currently stained a really dark colour with a shiny finish and we want to take them back to their more natural tone with a matte finish. I’m not entirely sure of the square meterage but I will add photos of the areas to be sanded if you are able to estimate. I also will add the floor plan with the area to be sanded highlighted and photos of before the floor was stained darker. There are two small sets of stairs also. If exact measurements are required I will have them after the 22nd of December.

Hello, Looking for Hardwood Flooring to be installed in a 2 storey townhouse - approx 200sqm - New Built - 1 flight of stairs (straight steps - 16 in total) - Flooring and Steps provided and sourced already - Concrete floor slab downstairs (Self Leveling required) - Hebel flooring - 1st floor (Self Leveling required)

We need the hardwood floors sanded in our new house. It’s a 1955 cottage. We know there is hardwood flooring under the carpet however we are unsure as to the condition, so this job is subject to us ripping up the carpet and ensuring the hardwoods are in good condition. Also we are willing to prep the hardwood (ripping out staples, nails etc), however feel free to quote for that too. Space to be done is approx 60-65sqm. The areas circled in red in the floor plan. We settle on the house next Thursday and are painting first. So this would be required in a couple of weeks.

Remove carpets and then sand and polish/ stain hardwood floors in two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms measurement is 13sqm and the other bedroom is 10sqm. Prior experience in flooring is preferred. Thanks!
