There has been some leakage out of our washing machine that has stained our hardwood floor. We would like to get this removed.

Approx 30sqm of existing black butt hardwood decking needs to be sanded or scrubbed back to bare wood and then re- oiled , possible repair and replacement of some of boards as well

We need floor sanding and coating of our hardwood floors, needs to be done on Friday 30th January. 45-50 sqm .

There are 2 marks on our hardwood floors that were made by a wet mop (that had a cleaning/disinfectant cleaning solution in it, Handy Andy). We are unsure on how to remove and are requesting offers by cleaners with experience with removing this type of stain successfully without any further damage. Looking for someone with experience in treating hardwood floors. Have a 4-bedroom house with sanded hardwood floors but need them lightly cleaned, treated with tung oil and the gaps between the floorboards filled to prevent draught. Open to quotes, unsure of price

I have hardwood planks on an outdoor table top that have some bows and warps. A manual planer will not suffice in in getting the planks straight. I think they need to be fed through a thicknesser to take off some of the old wood and level the planks out.

I need approx. 32 m2 hardwood flooring installed in a living room and hallway. It includes 5 steps but the stair nosings have been made already. It will be laid over an existing floating floor which as been prepped to remove all protruding nails and obvious uneven levels. There’s no furniture and no skirtings in the rooms.
