Find an experienced handyman in Woolooware

I’ve already measured and marked the position for a large picture frame, but I’ve hit brick behind the wall and don’t have a hammer drill or wall plug to finish the job. I need someone with the right tools (hammer drill + masonry bit) to: Drill into the brick wall at the marked point Insert a wall plug/anchor (if you can provide) Install the hook or screw suitable for hanging a frame (we have this) This should be a quick job for someone experienced with masonry drilling. 📍 Location: Woolooware 2230 📅 Preferred time: Friday 10th (flexible on time during the day) All measurements are done, just need help finishing it properly.

3 mitre wind out awning needs holes drill into brickwork & attach to wall

The side gate has come off the wall. Door is still on site and not damaged. Should not take long at all.

Roller blinds needs to be re-hung. All brackets are installed, just needs to be clicked into place. Will take no more than 10 minutes

Must be qualified insured electrician. 1 x bathroom fan (replace existing like-for-like). 2 x remote controlled ceiling fans: • one is replacing a light • the other is replacing a light and slightly moving to room centre (0.5m)

Door screws have come out and need it fixed for open home

The awning needs to be lifted onto existing brackets 3.6m high on a brick wall. The awning is 5.5m long and weighs 105kg. I need some strong workers with ladders to lift the awning and clip it into the brackets. The awning has notches that fit into each bracket. The lower clip on the bracket then needs to be tightened with an allen key to lock the awning in place.
