A part of the garage ceiling, measuring 6x2m has off. This is accidental damage and covered by building insurance. Garage is about 3m high. Work to be done - remove and remaining part of damaged ceiling, replace plaster board and cornice, finish the gyprock for painting,and paint the ceiling. Please indicate cost for above and clean up. Looking for a handyman to help with a few small jobs around the house. Ideally someone who can do everything in one visit. Jobs include: 1. Reattach toilet paper holder – it came off the wall. The hole in the wall has already been fixed, just need the holder properly mounted again. 2. Patch a hole in an upstairs room wall – small hole that needs repairing/patching. 3. Secure wall-mounted vacuum holder in laundry – it’s starting to come loose from the wall and needs to be reinforced and reinstalled properly. 4. Clean AC vent/grill – would like the air conditioning vent cleaned (dust buildup). Nothing major, just a few small handyman tasks.

I need paint patch up job

We had taken out part of the gyprock (splashback) while redoing the kitchen and need to Install the gyprock to cover the open areas (splashback and gaps near the ceiling). In Laundry( refer to last 2pics), need to gyprock on the side and cement board near the sink with some water proofing done near the sink area).

Hardware, posts, canopy sheet.. everything is ready. Also the concrete mix. Need to dig 2 holes approx 70-80 cm deep and install 2 hooks on the wall so that the canopy sheet can be installed. I don't have tools, so you will need to bring your own.
