Details: • Existing sink: double bowl with drainboard • Current cut-out approx: 1070mm (L) x 480mm (W) • New sink: Alma Iver 1080 x 500 single bowl sink with right drainboard • Same two taps to be reconnected: - Main kitchen mixer tap - RO (reverse osmosis) drinking water tap • Benchtop is stone (type unknown) • New sink is slightly larger, so minor stone cut-out adjustment MAY be required • Sink supplied by me • Reconnect plumbing (waste and water) • Silicone sealing and clean finish required Please include in your offer: • Confirmation you can cut/modify stone benchtops if required • Licence and insurance

Looking for a handyman to help with a few small jobs around the house. Ideally someone who can do everything in one visit. Jobs include: 1. Reattach toilet paper holder – it came off the wall. The hole in the wall has already been fixed, just need the holder properly mounted again. 2. Patch a hole in an upstairs room wall – small hole that needs repairing/patching. 3. Secure wall-mounted vacuum holder in laundry – it’s starting to come loose from the wall and needs to be reinforced and reinstalled properly. 4. Clean AC vent/grill – would like the air conditioning vent cleaned (dust buildup). Nothing major, just a few small handyman tasks.

I need paint patch up job

We had taken out part of the gyprock (splashback) while redoing the kitchen and need to Install the gyprock to cover the open areas (splashback and gaps near the ceiling). In Laundry( refer to last 2pics), need to gyprock on the side and cement board near the sink with some water proofing done near the sink area).

The garage door needs to have two hinge links replaced.

Hardware, posts, canopy sheet.. everything is ready. Also the concrete mix. Need to dig 2 holes approx 70-80 cm deep and install 2 hooks on the wall so that the canopy sheet can be installed. I don't have tools, so you will need to bring your own.

I lost the key of my home, flyscreen and main door need to be unlocked. I’ve spare key inside the home to be used. I’m on my way home and I should be home in about 90 minutes or so

Handyman Needed Tomorrow (Tuesday, 16th December or Thursday, 18th December) We are looking for an experienced handyman available tomorrow (ideally) or on Thursday to complete the following tasks: 1. Safely remove a 75-inch wall-mounted TV and patch the wall where it is mounted. You will need to provide the materials needed to patch the wall. 2. Patch one small hole in the wall. You will need to provide the materials required for this. 3. Paint 3 small finger-sized areas (paint will be provided; please bring your own brush/tools). 4. Attach a brush plate to the wall. I have the brush plate but tools to attach it to the wall will need to be provided by you. 5. Covering a small garden bed: Removal of a few small plants, spraying with weedicide, covering with a weedmat and layering with stones or wood chips. You would need to provide all materials, however if using stones, we have those. If you can do all tasks or at least tasks 1-4, please get in touch. Thanks!

I need one fly screen patched up and replaced into a second story window. The screen falls out easily and needs to be secured somehow. You need to provide your own safety gear, tools, ladder and any supplies. Must sign a waiver to say that I will not be held responsible for any injuries that might occur while completing the job.

Need someone to help with gas refill and check why the aircon isn’t cooling but from what I can see it might be a gas leakage

Supply and install of flyscreen backyard door size 2.7m×0.9m The main purpose of this flysceen is to have some air coming in to the kitchen area. I am ok if we have any good condition second hand flyscreen which can be installed and do the job. Not looking for any fancy one. Just the basic one. I have uploaded the picture of the door for your reference. This not a big door. It is standard single backyard door.( you can measure as well). Space in the backyard is limited. As long as person can open the door and step out and close the flyscreen door and shouldn't obstruct the current main door function ( opening and closing of the main door) Pls advise how much it will cost me. I am not looking for expensive ones. Thank you
