Merlin garage door, motor working perfectly fine, just need to check alignment and replace the tape fabric on the sides. Works fine .most of the time but it has gotten stuck a couple of times recently when opening. So want to make sure nothing is lose or out of alignment.

This will require replacing a glass window with a glass door, building internal ensuite with shower recess with a sliding timber door. Some cupboards will need to be removed to allow for the ensuite. Also installation of a single external glass door opening out to a small timber deck. Mount a couple of overhead cupboards. Also other small jobs which will arise as needed. Thanks

Need curtain rods hung. Will need to use plugs and screws-fittings supplied. Will need to understand where the studs are-and have done this before. So, the rods are going above the window-not on the window frame. 4 sets of curtain rods.

3 sliding door needed to be repaired. The first one is a double door (see the pic), 2nd one is a single door and the 3rd one is a cupboard door. The issue with all these doors is that they need alignment and to be slid smoothly. Currently, they are all working but with struggle and need to be constantly aligned for shutting.
