I’m after an experienced gyprocker / plasterer to supply and fix 10 mm plasterboard, set and sand three walls and one ceiling at a home in Macmasters Beach (2251). All framing, insulation and services will be completed beforehand, and the areas will be stripped out and prepped, with all demolition and rubbish removal taken care of. Scope of works: Approx. 58.22 sqm of linings in total 10 mm Gyprock to walls and ceiling, fixed to existing timber framing Supply and install all sheets, setting compounds, tapes and beads Square‑set / stop‑up finish to all junctions (no cornice) Existing TV wall to be sheeted and finished as a flush, standard wall with no recess (TV will be removed from the wall) Joints set & sanded ready for undercoat Single‑storey dwelling with clear access and good working room. I’m looking for a fixed lump sum price for labour and materials for sheeting, setting and sanding to paint ready stage.
