Find an experienced handyman in Glenelg North

Looking for a skilled carpenter or handyman to remove and replace the exterior framing around a set of French doors, one interior door frame plus one ground-level skirting (see photos attached). Supply and install new weatherproof timber suitable for exterior use. Appropriate timber for the indoor frame. Ensure all joins are sealed and watertight. Prime and paint all new timber to match existing finish. Remove and dispose of old, damaged cornices. Requirements: Must supply all materials (weatherproof timber, sealant, paint, etc.). Must ensure quality exterior finish suitable for coastal weather exposure. Clean and professional workmanship.

Need someone to grind out 2 screws and then fill holes (wood filler / putty) . I already got the putty but don’t have the grinder or other tools to make the repair job look good

Need Hills Clothesline and stand fitted in backyard. Stand will need to on existing paved area and will need to be cemented in.

Cool room door is not closing properly due to a loose screw and needs to be repaired.

Install 2x retractable hoses. 1 on side wall of house 1 within garden bed. Will be required to supply post for hose to be installed on within the garden bed.

Sliding flyscreen has come off track and needs to be reset

Ceiling fan is loud and spins slowly in the highest setting. Need to diagnose issue and fix. Relatively new build, house built in 2020.
