Bedroom door handle doesn't work, turning the knob doesn't move the lock. Please note the date as we need it complete today or tomorrow at the latest. Likely just needs repairing, we don't have any spare. If it needs replacing we would like for you to provide. I think the problem is the knob is not properly interacting with the spring and/or latch, which is causing the spinning without opening - Due date: Before Tuesday, 20 December 2022

Looking to have someone install a barn door and track system in my parents house. The opening is 2100 H x 1800 W. I will order 1x door with a single track system. this may require a header piece to secure the track to. If you could collect this I am happy to pay an extra $150 to collect from Wetherill Park - Due date: Flexible

Drill holes in brick foundations, remove bricks and install air vents in 8-10 locations around the base of the house. - Due date: Flexible

Remove white door to replace with our old front door (including the front door dead lock). Door will need to be cut and planed by approx 10mm in height and 25mm in width.

The rubber between the hinge and the glass at the top of the shower door has come out so the door is hanging out of alignment. I'm not sure if it can be fixed/tightened or whether new hinges are needed. I can supply photos. - Due date: Flexible

My front fence is made of a dozen vertical hardwood plank. I believe there is active termites. Need an person to locate and set feeding system
