Looking for a handy person to remove four existing adhesive towel hooks and install a new towel rack in a small bathroom. I am currently on leave, so I have flexible availability during the day (morning until afternoon). The Job Involves: Removal: Carefully remove 4 adhesive towel hooks currently on the wall. Placement & Alignment: The new rack needs to be installed in that same space. The right three current hooks are perfectly centered under the mirror at the correct height. I want the new towel rack to sit at that exact height, with its right edge aligned where the current right-most hook is, extending to the left. Installation: Securely mount the new towel rack to the wall (will need appropriate wall anchors/screws). Touch-ups: If the adhesive removal marks the wall, a quick paint touch-up may be required. I have the replacement paint ready to go. Measurements & Materials: New Towel Rack: 91cm (W) x 9.5cm (H) x 5.5cm (D) — I have the rack ready. Current Hook Space: 105cm (W) x 5cm (H) x 5cm (D). What you need to bring: Tools for secure wall mounting (drill, level, stud finder, appropriate wall plugs/screws). Tools/solvent to cleanly remove the adhesive hooks with minimal wall damage. The current door has broken glass and it never shuts. I need the current door either replaced with a brand new door, or fix the current one so that it auto shuts and have the glass replaced. Right now whenever someone open the door or even when we force it to open, it keeps opening by itself.
