The ridge capping (metal ridge capping on the peak) of my small shed roof has lifted and bent backward in high winds after some rivets/screws came loose. Work required: Straighten or replace the existing ridge cap section. Secure it back down firmly using appropriate roof fasteners/screws or rivets. Ensure it's sealed/weatherproofed so water won't leak in. The shed is quite small, and photos are attached showing the damage and roof access. Please bring your own tools, ladder, and any required fasteners or sealant.

Installation: Securely mount the new towel rack to the wall (will need appropriate wall anchors/screws). Touch-ups: If the adhesive removal marks the wall, a quick paint touch-up may be required. I have the replacement paint ready to go. Measurements & Materials: New Towel Rack: 91cm (W) x 9.5cm (H) x 5.5cm (D) — I have the rack ready. Current Hook Space: 105cm (W) x 5cm (H) x 5cm (D). What you need to bring: Tools for secure wall mounting (drill, level, stud finder, appropriate wall plugs/screws). Tools/solvent to cleanly remove the adhesive hooks with minimal wall damage. No middle support bracket can be used, as it would block the curtain from sliding all the way across. Challenging Walls: The walls in this house can be notorious for "chalky brick" or soft filler. You will need to bring heavy-duty wall anchors (e.g., strong toggles, masonry plugs, or heavy-duty drywall anchors depending on what you find) to ensure the two brackets can securely hold the weight of a heavy, extra-wide blockout curtain without sagging. Height Optimization: The curtain drop is 213 cm. The window frame ends at 208 cm. You will need to calculate the precise mounting height so the curtain clears the floor/rug perfectly while covering the window band. Location & Timing: Located in Aberfoyle Park. We have already chosen a commode from Bunnings but would like to have the choices and options given by the tradesman with replacement of the shower screen.
