We would like to replace the existing shower screen as the glass has a crack. We also want to replace the commode. We have already chosen a commode from Bunnings but would like to have the choices and options given by the tradesman with replacement of the shower screen. The current door has broken glass and it never shuts. I need the current door either replaced with a brand new door, or fix the current one so that it auto shuts and have the glass replaced. Right now whenever someone open the door or even when we force it to open, it keeps opening by itself. Ideally I want a brand new door but if it's too pricey or takes too much time to wait then I'm happy with just fixing it. The shop is at Aberfoyle Hub Shopping Centre

Minor home maintenance tasks at a 3 bed 1 bath 2 garage home in aberfoyle park: Door handle in toilet needs tightening. Flyscreen in sunroom needs replacing. Gutters near front door and down the side are sagging, need a clean and rehang of some sections. Overflow of gutters happening near full rainwater tank, needs to be diverted when tank is full instead of backing up into the roof gutters. Assemble chin up bar in back yard. Tidy and put away old bbq in back yard. Get rid of old hot water tank in back yard. Remove two small feral gums. I'm happy to hire a rubbish skip if needed. If you get a good price on them, please let me know. Edit: there is only one feral gum, not two. To keep the job the same size I've added another task: sweep back patio and remove old doona from clothes line. Photos added.

Ceiling in the living room is sagging

Part of a retaining wall needs repair, it's tilting over. Full wall is ~20 m long, however only ~9m needs repair. Height of wall in relevant section is 80cm - 100cm. The post bases don't seem to be installed in a straight line, so a simple fix of installing new posts (through the concrete) may be an option.
