Pelmet + Blind Concealment • Install furring channels and steel studs along the ceiling line. • Build a pelmet structure to fully hide a roller blind. 2. LED Feature Wall Preparation • On the section highlighted in the reference image, install furring channels behind the existing wall so the electrician can run an LED wire internally and keep it hidden. • After the electrician completes the wiring, return to sheet the wall with new gyprock. Finish Required: • All areas must be plastered, set, sanded, and finished 100% ready for painting. Requirements: • Neat, professional framing and gyprock work • Ability to coordinate timing with my electrician Reference images can be provided to show exactly where the yellow and green sections need to be completed.

I need a someone experienced in gyprock/plasterboard repairs to fix the 15cm hole in my ceiling so it blends seamlessly. Scope of Work • Cut and neaten hole edges • Install backing support if required • Fit a plasterboard patch • Tape and apply joint compound in layers • Sand smooth and finish flush with ceiling • Prime and paint to match existing ceiling colour Location: Haymarket • Ceiling is standard height • You will need to bring tools and materials • Paint needs to be colour matched

Demolition Floating Gyprock Wall and remove waste. Wall is approximately 1.6m high by 5m long

There is already an existing GPO on the opposite side of the wall. The wall is standard gyprock. See attached reference image for the exact wall and the exact highlighted area. Require proper repair and re-enforcement of the small areas displayed in the picture. Needs to be properly fixed so it is strong enough to support new blinds that will be installed in this area. Also require touch up after work is done with paint. Paint will be provided but you may need to bring your own brush. Gyprock wall needs to be removed in my Office and building manager will not allow to do the work without the work insurance.
