Three (3) gutters to be cleaned; each side of the low pitched metal roof and the back metal verandah roof Vegetation and dirt to be taken away in buckets and disposed of at a local tip or other The roofs are fairly flat which should enable cleaning from the roof. Easy access to the roof at front of the property using a 2.4-3.0 m ladder
