Peter took on a task that I was a bit nervous about, which was to remove a 700kg generator from a tight spot next to our house. Access was via a neighbour’s property and the unit had to be craned over a fence. Peter was patient while I organised some preliminary work, communicated clearly and regularly throughout, turned up exactly on time and carried out the task expertly and efficiently.
