Gap between gate and front porch (from brick fence being too low). Fence needs to be extended up to secure front garden space. Dimensions approx 69(w) and 50(h) to close the gap to gate height. Can discuss materials to fill, colourbond preferred and must be secured robustly. See video for physical description.

My current lock on my garden gate does not work and I need it replaced with a new lock that keeps intruders out. A key lock type mechanism would be good.

1) Install eufy wireless video doorbell into front brick wall. Masonry kit provided 2) Remove broken front gate latch and install new gate latch (see pictures). I have a SEA electric gate and need help program gate to work with aftermarket remotes

Automatic electric gate motor makes really loud noise as it opens and closes. Gate is operational but noisy. Needs a service. Also the remote doesn't always work (to open and close) - is very fickle. Electrical is into the ground.

Hi, Need someone to repair or potentially replace damaged frame for exterior driveway gate. Existing damaged frame can possibly be bent back into shape and fixed to concrete using bolts. If this is possible. If this is not possible then replacement frame to be built using galvanised steel posts or similar for existing gates. 2x Gates to be re-hung after this is completed. Gates are quite heavy and tall, 1.8m and I am happy to assist in moving them before the other work takes place.

We have an electric gate to our property. The power box has been damaged and needs replacing. Additionally we need to program some new remotes for the gate and adjust the gate settings.

Install gate lock into existing timber gate

I'd like a small wooden gate made and installed at the front entrance of my home. Measurements are approx 1m wide by 84cm high. Simple design - as per the photo below but shorter obvs. I will paint it myself. It will need to be attached to the brick sides. A simple latch is fine.

An old 50’s gate requires sanding, painting white gloss, repair and repositioning (welding?) so it closes again. I have another double gate at the driveway that could be an extension of this job however unsure if I will keep it or remove. Being neat and clean is important. I’m on the hunt for a great handyman. I have lots of small jobs.
