Find a professional gate installation in Balgowlah Heights

We are wanting to replace approx 11m of pine 6ft paling fencing across the rear of our property. It includes a gate. Some of the existing posts may be re-usable others may need replacing.

There are two external wooden gates (pictured). One has a broken bottom hinge and won’t open / close properly. The other one is missing a pailing and also doesn’t move well.

We have installed new carpet and the doors now have difficulty opening due to the raised height of the carpet! The bedroom internal doors are normal wood doors but the Wardrobe doors appear to be laminate! We need someone to come and do the following; Cut/plane the doors as listed below so they can open without scraping the carpet- 2 X bedrooms have 3 wardrobe doors (5 in total one is working fine ) Then the 3 internal bedroom doors need to be cut!

We have a wooden side gate but we need it replaced with a taller gate or extended for increased security

The task is to remove old waist-height gate and hang an already built paling gate between house and fence. The house is brick, and the gate will be hinged off the house. The gate is full height (180cm), so we are expecting 3 hinges necessary. Materials available: 3 hinges and screws; 100mm dyna-bolts, post for attachment to house.
