I’ve inherited some fairly poor sub floor gas plumbing and ventilation in a house I’ve recently purchased. I need the gas piping to be re-routed so it’s neat and tidy and properly fixed to the wall and the joists. There are also some old pipes that need removing. Also the ventilation ducts are held up with wire and totally in the wrong place and need neatening up and properly fixed.

A brand new Jumbuck BBQ was recently set up for a guest at our Stayz property, however, guests are saying that the gas bottle doesn't fit. We don't know what has happened to the manual and I'm unable to attend the property. There is an existing gas pipe which needs to be lowered. The work involves cutting it at either end and dropping the pipe approximately 150 mm and reattach it to the wall.

My delonghi gas cooktop has two burners that won’t ignite - the gas flow is good but there is no spark even though I hear the clicking noise. The other three burners are working well.
