Our gas cooktop was installed in April 2025 and runs on LPG (small gas bottle). The LPG bottle is located just outside the kitchen window, very close to the cooktop. The installation was completed by a licensed plumber. Everything worked perfectly until just before Christmas. Since then, when two burners are turned on at the same time, the flame on both becomes very small. As soon as one burner is turned off, the flame on the other burner becomes strong again. The cooktop manufacturer has already sent a technician to inspect it. They even connected their own test cooktop on site, and the same issue occurred. Based on this, the manufacturer believes the problem is not the cooktop itself, but possibly related to the gas piping, regulator, or valves. We are looking for an experienced and licensed gas plumber/tradie to diagnose the issue and provide a proper fix.

We just moved here. The House kitchen stove uses gas connected through (see photos) We don’t know how to changes these 2 bottles over, they appear to be empty! We’ve bought 2 new ones to use, from Bunnings.

This morning our gas ran out. It was fitted with 1 x 45kg bottle and one smaller bottle I attempted to put the smaller BBQ bottle on but was in a rush to leave town and couldn’t place it on properly. Until the new gas bottles come all I need is the smaller BBQ bottle to be fitted properly, and to check the bigger gas bottles for their levels.

Miele 4-burner gas cooktop — one of the ignition knobs is stuck and not functioning.

I’m in an apartment that has natural gas connection on balcony. Just bought a new Weber BBQ with natural gas connection(not LPG) and bayonet doesn’t seem to connect properly. Am looking for a qualified plumber or gas fitter just to check for me. Not sure if it’s me, or something not right with connection

We changed our gas stove but this one seems to have two gas inlets. We already have gas bottles and regulator which was attached to previous gas stove. We just need you to attach that to this stove.
