I’m replacing a gas cooktop/stove with an electric unit and need a QLD-licensed gas fitter to decommission the existing gas supply line. Location/access: • Gas copper pipe currently runs under the cooktop behind cabinetry • Remaining line is easily accessible What I want done: • Isolate the gas supply safely • Remove the copper line back to the source point (i.e., no unnecessary copper left in the house) • Cap/plug the gas line at the source in a compliant manner • Leave the area tidy and safe

Our outdoor 1 burner gas stove (beef eater brand) is spitting out a lot of carbon. It maybe something to do with the jet. The installer made a mistake initially by installing gas stove that is compatible to LPG however, we have gas bottles. They changed jet to make it work. Need a gas inspection done by a licensed gas fitter for a gas cooktop system. It was installed by the builders when the house was built but they missed to supply us the compliance certificate. So going the easy route to have someone inspect it and provide e certificate.

My tenants complained as follows: One gas hot plate ignition is not working at all, all other plates have very low flame even when the hot plate is set to high. Photos are attached. I need a professional gas fitter to check and service it.

We just moved here. The House kitchen stove uses gas connected through (see photos) We don’t know how to changes these 2 bottles over, they appear to be empty! We’ve bought 2 new ones to use, from Bunnings.

This morning our gas ran out. It was fitted with 1 x 45kg bottle and one smaller bottle I attempted to put the smaller BBQ bottle on but was in a rush to leave town and couldn’t place it on properly. Until the new gas bottles come all I need is the smaller BBQ bottle to be fitted properly, and to check the bigger gas bottles for their levels.
