I am looking for 2 requirements for this job for my rental home in west end brisbane. the job is flexible however i would like to get on this as soon as possible as i dont want the grass to deteriorate any further but im also aware of the fact that many people are going on holidays now 1. the rear lawn has some bad burnt patches. the tenant says that they have tested and it is not lawn grubs. As i am not a lawn expert i dont know what else this could be or what the fix for this could be. i require someone who is knowledgeable on these matters not just a lawn mowing person please 2. the tenant has reported that there is a single fungus growing in the front yard that needs to be removed permanently so i will need someone to remove this and remove it permanently so that it doesnt come back in terms of budget, ive just put a figure down as i have absolutely no idea what this would cost so feel free to let me know i am looking for someone who has clear experience on lawns and fungus issues Any questions please let me know. as i am overseas my replies may not be instant depending on time differences
