We’re moving out of our rental and need help getting our garden back into shape before final inspection. I’ve attached a document with photos showing the garden condition at the start of the lease and how it looks now. About the garden: It’s a five-level garden, plus the front of the house and a side path I’ve started tidying it up, but to finish it properly we’ll need someone with the right tools and experience The job includes: Collecting and removing green waste Cutting back overgrown edges (some areas may require a chainsaw) Weeding of garden beds Timing: We are flexible but the job must be completed between this week and next week. Lawn mowing and a bit of a tidy up on two neighbouring verges (space out the front of property) We were paying $120 every 3 weeks to have these verges + small yard mowed but our Gardner has moved on and now it’s a bit overgrown.
