We are preparing a brand-new childcare centre for opening and are looking for someone to complete a thorough clean-up and presentation of all external areas. The centre is newly completed, so this is not an overgrown garden restoration. We need someone thorough who can get the outdoor areas looking clean, tidy and ready for opening. Scope includes: - Remove weeds growing through and around the synthetic grass - Spray/treat weeds to help prevent regrowth - General weeding and grooming of garden beds and landscaped areas - Remove leaves, loose vegetation and outdoor debris - Blow/sweep and tidy pathways and external areas - Clean and tidy the car park, including removal of leaves and debris - Hose down the car park and external hard surfaces - Hose/clean synthetic grass where required - General tidy-up of the entire outdoor area - Collect and remove all green waste and garden waste from site - Leave all areas looking neat, clean and ready for the centre to open Please bring your own gardening equipment, blower, hoses/cleaning equipment and suitable weed treatment. All green waste and rubbish generated from the work must be removed from the property and included in your offer. This is a childcare centre, so attention to detail is important. We are looking for someone reliable who will do a thorough job rather than just a quick mow/blow-over. I'm about to get solar but my roof possibly needs a little prep first. I have a lot of fungus on the carport roof and a small amount that I can see on the front on the house (first story height). I have a small amount of guttering that needs repairing or replacing (approx .5-1 metre) that is useless during storms. Again this is front of the house so first story level. I have a hole in the corner of the roof that allows possums and rats in. Finally the roof has obviously been painted before, badly, and is patchy in places. You can't tell from the pics because my lying phone camera has muted the colours but it's wearing away quite quickly at the moment. I really don't want to repaint the entire roof if it can be avoided, just have it patched. I have anti-fungus stuff for the roof if required. - Due date: Before Monday, 10 October 2022
