I need to prepare a former turf area for planting seeds (dichondra). I've already poisoned the turf area. There's no active irrigation in the turf bed to avoid, but there is a live copper water main at a depth of around 20cm. There are 2 x square beds with dimensions of 4.44 metres each, and truncated corners with brick edging surrounding. Access is through the front gate with a width of approximately 1 metre over brick paving, again with width of 1 metre. There's no driveway directly to the turf from Alexandra Ave, but the neighbour 2 doors down has one to move the rotary hoe from the street to the footpath and into the front gate.

The garden is maybe 15 meters square, (guestimate). It needs a general weed. A bed of salvia needs to be cut back. Two rows of grasses need to be cut back. A bed of catnip needs to be cut back. I can provide some shears, a green bin, just need you. Although a better set of garden shears may be needed. - Due date: Flexible

General garden maintenance work required, involving some of the following: - plants trimmed and pruned - lawns edged - hedges trimmed - plants fertilised (I have fertiliser) - some weeding - possibly some mulching - there is a green waste bin on site Photos attached should give some sense. Work involved would be once-off (possibly multiple visits if required) and then probably a once a month maintenance visit. Happy for an hourly rate to be quoted, otherwise would expect first once off visit to be ~ 4 hours so I have put the budget in the ad at a suggested ~ $150 If the Airtasker was open to it, I would ideally like to assist for some of the time so as to learn how to best maintain the garden and so that we can openly consult as to what the garden requires.
