We’re looking for a reliable and experienced gardener to help maintain our new property located on Derwent St, Lyons. The tasks include: Mowing lawns Weeding garden beds Checking and maintaining plants Tidying up outdoor areas (e.g., sweeping, removing debris) Checking the irrigation system every couple of months Fertilizing and weed control every few months We’d ideally like fortnightly visits, but we’re open to discussing an “as needed” schedule based on the condition of the garden and your recommendations. We’d also like before and after photos sent to us after each visit to track progress. Please note that a tax invoice will be required. Need weeds trimmed from the garden and fertiliser added along with general maintenance for nature strip area of townhouse. Must bring own tools and fertiliser. I have a rental inspection coming up and need someone to help me with trimming the hedge and cleaning up the pavement on my patio. Normally, this is something I do myself so I have equipment (mini-chainsaw, portable pressure washer, and a probably rusty hedge trimmer), but what I also have is a newly developed chronic condition where I can’t stand up for more than 5 mins. I suspect the entire job won’t take more than 45-60 mins. I am in an apartment building, and we have a driveway etc but there is also a bit of open land on the other side of the hedge you can access easily.

I have a hedge at the back of my apartment - access on both sides, one side from my apartment, the other side from an open bit of land behind our units - that needs tidying and trimming.
