Gardening/ garden clean up end of lease, for the entire external premise (front yard, back yard, sides of the house). Gardener/person doing the task should provide own equipment, tools, disposables/consumables and remove the green garden waste. Job must start only from 17 October 2024 morning and to be finished latest by Sat 19 October 2024, 11am. Can be done across days. View attached photos and floorplan for areas to be covered and please quote accordingly (a total amount preferred). Jobs to be done: -All bushes/plants/christmas conifer trees/creeper plants/short trees/hedges/bamboos/lilly pilly tree (except the 2 huge gumtrees) trimmed substantially, as they are very overgrown -Creeper plants/ivy leaves resting on colour bond fence and solid walls to be trimmed substantially - they are putting a lot of weight on the fence. - Grass/lawn mowed -All weeds, fallen leaves, stray branches, possum poopremoved - Please dispose of all green waste external to property, as there is only 1 green rubbish bin on site (which can be used to fill up).
If I can just give him 200/100, I will! Craig’s work surpasses all expectations, I am sooo thankful and grateful for his hard work, going the extra extra mile and great communications skills! Please do yourself a favour and go with him! ❤️
