Hi there! We are putting our house on the market for sale, and would like someone to help us maintain the garden ahead of each open home. This job will require: - 1 initial visit prior to Tuesday 23rd of July to do a larger tidy up ahead of the photoshoot. The photoshoot is happening on Tuesday midday, so either Tuesday morning or Monday arvo would work. - 9 subsequent "maintenance" visits until Saturday 24th of August. The visits should ideally be as close as possible to the open homes (every Wed and Sat) e.g. on the morning of, or the afternoon prior. For the initial visit, the main tasks are: - Removing all fallen leaves and loose branches from the timber deck. - Removing all fallen leaves off the artificial turf and front lawn. - Removing all bamboo leaves lining the side way (about a few inches thick, and covering a pebble path) - Removing as much bamboo leaves from the corners of the garden and in between plants as possible. - *Extra for experts*: trimming the tops of the bamboo around the side of the house which is blocking the window of the second level. For the maintenance visits: - Mostly just removing any fallen leaves/branches on the timber deck, artificial turf, and potentially a single lawn mow for when the front lawn patch gets too long during the 4 week campaign. - Anything else to make the garden "look nice" before the open homes. There is a green bin on site for disposal. MY OFFER IS FOR THE INITIAL VISIT ONLY. Please clarify in your offer whether this is inclusive of the bamboo top trimming or not.
