I am still waiting for confirmation of the settlement date, so I can confirm the exact day closer to the time. We are currently in a two-level townhouse; however, we are planning to bring everything down to the first floor/ground level (garage) for easier access. It is a three-bedroom townhouse, but two of the bedrooms are already empty, and we only need to pack items from the wardrobes. There isn’t much large or heavy furniture to move.
