At pickup, there are stairs but also a spacious lift available (we are on level 4). At drop off there are no stairs, just a small downhill to the garage. The only item that needs to be taken upstairs at the drop off is the TV, which is just 6 steps. Need a truck and 2 men. The move should take around 2 hours but may take longer.
